TetraData has statwide contract with pilot going with 25% of schoold districts for dta mining services

Antiquated EIS system being replaced by TetraData

No "professional Development" at DOE level

Teacher Certification, Special Education are basic systems that need to be replaced.

Vermont likes its independent status and is slow to adopt leading technologies, not "withstabnding its former Governor's use of Internet." "reporters are all over DOE records looking for holes."  "They are enjoying their 15 minutes of fame!"
